1 - Delivery
The delivery of our products makes itself for the whole world. The terms of delivery are those indicated on the Site for every Product dice at the time that this last is indicated like being available. These delays begin to run from the date appearing on the accused of sending of the order. They are given to merely indicative bond and without commitment. The delivery is reputed undertaken as soon as the even material the warehouse, that is to say, from his/her/its taking over by the carrier or the sender, even in case of delivered free. Thus, the Customer assumes the risks from the delivery. The Products are delivered instead indicated by the Customer in the order accepted by 216 WEAR, except express agreement of 216 WEAR. The deliveries will take place of Monday to Friday between 08h00 and 18.00 without precise timetable commitment. it belongs him to undertake all verifications, to make all reserve to the arrival of the Products, and to exercise if necessary and on time authorized all recourse against the carrier. For lack of reserves specifically emitted by the Customer at the time of the delivery, the delivered Products will be reputed conform in quantity and quality to the order. 216 WEAR reserve the possibility to undertake partial deliveries.

2 - Returns
In the hypothesis where the delivered Product would not correspond to the order undertaken by the Customer (in case of error of our part), or would be damaged, in these 2 cases this last will be able to conduct a return in the following conditions :
* The Customer has a delay of seven clear days for excercer his/her/its right of retraction from the acceptance of the Product concerned.
* The Customer must signal his return is while filling on line the printed form with accessible contact (section" Contacts us!"), either while sending an e.mail to: retour@216.ch. In this case of face, 216 WEAR communicate then to the customer a reference file in order to facilitate the follow-up of the proceeding ;
* The product must be return in a perfect statement, accompanied of the invoice, without have been used, assorted of the set of its accessories, of its documentation and in its packing of origin ;
* The packing cost and of transportation of the return as reconsignment is chargeable to the Customer except if the return is generated by an error of delivery on behalf of 216 WEAR; By choice of the Customer and after validation of 216 WEAR, it will be proceeded: - to an exchange of the Product - or to the Customer's refund - or to the broadcast a to have.

!!! In case of error on behalf of the Customer, choice of a bad size or color, the return is not accepted. Before all purchase don't forget to check the chart size.

The respect of the present proceeding is for 216 WEAR, an essential requirement to the validation of a return.
